Hello again!
This is my first blog/writing on my refurbished website. But still enjoy the previous inspirations I have uploaded to this page.
Well, you all I have moved to South Florida. And what a transition it has been. We took a big leap into the faith abyss.
If you know at least a little of what I practice is big faith moves. It is like a good workout for the spirit. Which loves when we operate in this way.
Ever so often there is a rustling of the spirit. It may present itself as frustration, sadness or lack of energy. When this occurs I like to get lost.
I put myself somewhere new, different, in my mind. What follows is the action to make it happen. Because I will work myself in such a state mentally that I wish to have it physically.
It goes from teleporting to transported. Though I have visited South Florida before the actual move, I would play it in my mind over and over. I would see myself trying to figure out where to grocery shop, find beaches and trails to walk. ( I love, love, love nature walks.)
It's good for us to get lost sometimes. In the meaning of doing what is opposite of what we have become accustomed to. It challenges us. And the brain loves it. It is called neuroplasticity. The creation of new pathways. This improves the health of our brains. And most of all promotes a better life.
Peace & Blessings,
NSS
