I have gained the importance and understanding of this from decades of study and practice of myself as well as those I serviced.
There is a lot of evidence-based research supporting the importance of balance (harmony) in our lives. Benefits include less stress, better decision making, improvement of mental health and increased well-being. Transforming from within helps us to enjoy our lives.
