Welcome to the new year. We have walked into 2025. A new year can help usher newness into our lives. If we believe it to be so. Though we are granted newness consistently: new red blood cells every 120 days, bones replaced every 10 years and skin cells every 30 days. Sometimes we need to make a definite mark to say to ourselves, “this is what I am claiming in the new year.”
Our resolutions, intentions, are the photons striving to be rays of light from within. Did you know those beautiful beams we feel from the sun go through an arduous process? It could take millions of years before escaping from the sun before the journey through space to touch our skin and feed all life forces on Earth which depend heavily on those photons breaking free. Did you know that similar energy, light, lives within you? Yes, because we are what we are from, the universe and the elements that exist in it.
It is my belief that we are fascinated with staring at the stars because we are all stars. We look up to remember, connect, with the force that is within us and around us. To allow our lights to shine. Breaking free of doubt, worry, confusion to make clear decisions of where we want our lives to go. Because where our consistent thoughts go our creations follow. This works either way. Whether it is the repeated thinking of what we do not like or like. The universe, our minds, know no difference. We create as the sun does for life on this planet.
Are you ready to give thoughtful intention to your life? Are you ready to shine? Stand in the power that was given to you before your birth and create more of what is best for you. As your light shines it will be a blessing for you and other life forces, people, around you. Be the star!
~Be well. Enjoy life.
